Data Collection Plan
A data collection plan is where you house all your information about where you got your data and details about it.
When working on a project that has a data element you should make sure to include this artifact.
Benefits:
Everyone involved with the project can read the plan and collect the data to run their own analysis
Can capture baseline data location, source, and frequency and compare it to after-implementation data.
